Quiet Title Lawsuit

Title to a property is like a chain on a bicycle. Every link must connect together by a deed in the
correct order. If there is a missing link, the chain is defective and will require repair. If there is a defect in your title, you will not be able to refinance or sell the property until the defect is cured.

Other reasons for when a quiet title lawsuit is needed is to resolve disputes such as liens that
prevent the sale of a property and ownership disputes.
